Well...Lea came home and was doing ok. Then last night, Monday, she started getting light headed, dizzy, etc. Went to cardiologist for her post hospital visit this afternoon and she was in afib and now...aflutter. Rushed her over to ER to be admitted. They are now trying to figure out if they can stop the aflutter. She is in and has been in afib. But you can live in afib as long as controlled. But not aflutter. There are a few options that will be explored. Medication adjustment, atrial ablation, and if all else fails a pacemaker... which we hope will not happen.
She is in the hospital very near my house so I can get home on and off and feed the kidlettes. If she needs the pacemaker they will move her to the Heart Hospital in Norfolk, the next city over. So keep those great BBC prayers coming...we are not out of the woods yet.
