Anyone have a cheat sheet on setting frequency and stuff on new Helix

Defaults are a good start. Lots of variables with settings ; Default settings are a good start. Ya just have to get out on the water and see what works for your style of fishing and the type lake your on. Thee are lots of good instructional videos online to check out. I recommend running simulator at home to get an idea of what different freqs and settings look like. Generally the higher freqs give you more detail at shorter ranges.
