    Echomap Plus 93SV Map Upgrade?

    How will we know when the new map upgrade with the Navionics info is ready for our one time update? I keep hearing Feb. 27 but I don't want to jump the gun and lose the free upgrade.

    I have just been using Garmin Express on my PC, or Active Captain with the cell on the boat, once or twice a week to see if there is an update available. I'm sure I'll read it here first, though!

    Garmin Express will tell you that there is an update but you still need to know what version its showing.....just sit and wait till it's released and then to make sure you get the correct one, call Garmin and see what version the new g3 will be and make sure that Garmin Express is showing that version.
