    Sam Rayburn RV

My family is heading to Sam Rayburn this spring, any recommendations for a good park (for our RV)? State Parks are preferred and private next.

    Thanks for any recommendations!

We checked out a bunch of them last year and liked Mill Creek Park and Powell Park the best. Unfortunately there are no sewer hookups at these parks. It looked to me that if the RV park is on the water, then there is no sewer but I kind of hope I'm wrong because a park with sewer would make it so much easier for us to go hang out at Rayburn for an extended period.

Seems to be a Texas thing. RV parks in OK and AR on lakes seems to have sewer. Weird

Lots of lakefront Toledo Bend parks have sewer.

Powell Park has a pooper service but I don't remember if Mill Creek does or not.
