Rubber rod tip protector replacement??

Anyone ever replace those rubber rod tip protectors on the front side of the consoles? My 2011 had a ram mount and wires coming through one now. I don't use either of those anymore and they are kind of an eye sore to me. Suggestions on filling the holes, removing the adhesive or anything else is appreciated.

Gatorskinz is an excellent product. Works in your rod protectors and I used it to cover old ram mount holes also
