    Fishing prop

What’s your favorite fishing prop? Mine is a 28p promax and I just picked up a 26p labbed bravo that I haven’t ran yet. I did see a nice 28p bravo on eBay for 299$ plus shipping if someone is looking

30 bravo is my fishing wheel, really strong out of the hole, and runs good on top as well.

I think a heavy worked 28 for fishing myself.

I’m currently running a 30 bravo. I’ve got a 28 that I need to get cleaned up. If it can put me in the low to mid 80’s during our tournaments I’ll be happy with it. My 30 needs to be tweaked on but it’s running in the mid 80’s loaded heavy.

Don't forget that elevation plays a big part in prop selection.

I typically run a 28P Hydro Q4XOB with the 1.62 gears and a 30P Hydro Q4XOB with the 1.75 gear case. Both worked by Mark, both have had the 3/4" flare ring removed and have heavy venting. I also have a 28P promax that I am playing with when the weather allows, it may become one of my fishing props, I'll see.

Right now I've got a 28 and 29 promax with 8 pvs holes, 30 bravo xs, and 30 signature eagle that I'm playing with running 1.62s. So far I'm liking the 28 promax for heavy fishing load.

I’m running 1.62 case with a 250xs. I would say I may have one of the heaviest strokers around due to stuff added and gear. I’m excited to try the 26p mainly for scanning with my electronics at slower speeds

I know there are more props available now than a few years back but I ran a 28 performer with my 300x stroker and it would run 102+ In the middle of the summer with a 2 man tourney load with good hole shot, mid range, and top speed.

I do run performers, I have the following. 32p uncut p4, 32p BC p3, 30p uncut p3 and a 28p uncut p3. The 30 and 32s are good top end props although I do fish with them when done running. the 28 has high slip #s and needs some work but is a good fishing prop and a back up for the Hydro.

I run a 29" Bravo for most lakes. On smaller lakes or rough water a 27" Bravo. My 250XS liked performer 4's. This 300XS likes the Bravo's better.
