GPS Puck

About to upgrade to a Helix unit and want to know if the puck I have now for a 997 will work with the 3g Helix unit, or do I need to get a new one?

I think so, but you will loose position accuracy over using the internal GPS antenna.

Display the GPS Diagnostic view and check with it connected and not connected.
May have to tell the unit to use it in the Network menu.
