Harbor freight $69 3000 pound aluminum floor jack. On sale for $59. Have helped motorists change tires. Very handy.

6 ton bottle jack. Easiest way on tandem axle trailers (if able) is to place leveling blocks and drive the good tire on them.

This is what I use fr both the boat (tandem axle) and campper. On the camper I need to put is some 2x6 cribbing to get the tire off the ground off the ground. Mine is the steel one.

Some little floor jack that comes in a carrying case. Goes in the truck bed when the trailer is hooked up.

    One of these https://www.homedepot.com/p/Powerbui...0912/203116783

and a 6 ton jack that's small enough to get under the axle bracket when the tire is flat.

Plus a section of 2X12 to put them on if the ground is soft.

If your axles are close together, a Trailer Aid or a stack of 2X lumber is the easiest way.

I carry a 6x6 piece of pressure treated lumber about 16" long...it works in a pinch...just pull the camper tire that is not flat over the block and wallah...you are up high enough to remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare...I use the same method for my tandem axle boat trailer...and if you can't drive the trailer up onto the block, the block serves as a good spacer to use your truck jack sat on top of it to jack the trailer up...Hope this helps!

For rigs this works on, it works fine, but torsion axles or tandems with a large space between them won’t lift without a huge block.

You guys recommending a bottle jack: Have you ever tried to lift a camper with a bottle jack? It’s like balancing a house on the head of a pin.

I doubt that helps much when the flat is on a 12,000lb trailer.
