I have a 2000 518 VX,Opti 200,6” plate,2.75” under with a Tempest A45 25”. About 67-68 mph loaded. Hole shot is excellent

I generally like running around 60mph.. Had motor tuned and Fiber reeds put in.. Made a huge difference in takeoff and mid range performance..

I'm runnin a 99 518 with a 97 200 EFI. 6" bobs hyrdaulic. 25 tempest. I need a new prop I only get about 64 with a light load and two guys.

I can vouch for that, as that's my old boat .......... she'll move! And she'd run those numbers (69-71 depending on time of year) loaded to fish with 2 people.
