Awesome...just work on your shaking pics How was it? Time, temp, slice, rub, wrap or no wrap, foil, butcher paper, smoker brand, charcoal, wood, pellets, briquettes?
Not much i can do about the shake just something i deal with everyday in my life unless i use a tripod.
temp 225 home made rub wrap at 160 with butcher paper until internal temp of 204 trager pro 22 hickory pellets 12 hours
made sandwiches last night with potato salad tonight did brisket tacos. I then separate it into 1 pound pack and vacuum seal toss in freezer.
this picture wife took just before i pulled off to wrap
And this is why I'm getting ready to buy a pellet smoker. Freakin' food porn. OP, that looks fantastic.
Boatless Bank Trash for now
Thanks all.
Been smoking meats for years started with stick burners bought my first traeger in 92 used it until 2010 replaced it with a new one used it until 2018 when a guy drove through our yard and crushed it with his car I went with a pit boss took it back less then 2 months later replaced all the controls fan systems auger motor twice and the controller went out again said no more took it back and bought another traeger the pro 22 not a minutes issue with it. Ive never even changed a hot rod once in any of my traegers so yea I like them.
Make my life easy dont need to baby sit a smoker and the food always turns out great.
Brisket quesadillas with the leftover brisket is the runaway favorite at our house.
