Yeah you’re not gonna find those prices there. Lol.

About a $1.25 here. Love these milk prices. Milk prices is one thing that’s been fairly high since the 60’s.

Oil is also too low for American producers, but few seemed bothered by it.
Eggs are also too cheap, less than $1.00. And they require special handling.
Stop subsidies, things will gradually level out. We shouldn’t ‘fix’ markets.

We haven’t bought cow’s milk in a decade. On the rare occasion we use milk it’s Almond milk. While I understand prices for regular milk have to stay above a certain point to keep production sustainable I have to wonder where these farmers would be without all the federal subsidies they currently receive. What is the real price point where milk, and other dairy products, are profitable without the taxpayers footing much of the bill?

It always 1.29 to 1.39 at my local kroger. They just get you in the store with the low prices on certain items but make it up in other areas

We have been at or less than $1.25 for a gallon of milk for so long it is hard to remember when it started. Chocolate is the same price.

I have to pick me up a couple gallons today, so I can fish the next 4 days and not have to worry about it.

We have been paying 3+ a gallon for ever. I would be happy as hell if milk was 1.29 a gallon.

Does your state take income tax? Gotta make it up somewhere.

Unless it has changed, Hiland Dairy produces milk for Walmart. At least that what the Hiland guy indicated a while back when he accidentally delivered some Great Value walmart milk to my local grocery store and was there picking it up.

Not down here. Just got a couple gallons at $2.57. I was hoping it would be as cheap as some of y'all have stated.

Oil evidently isn't that low or there would be all the big profit in it for the oil companies.

I remember going with my dad as a child to McCoy's farm down the road to buy milk straight from the farmer . Glass bottle and warm. I don't remember the price

Best place to buy milk and ice cream. If they ever close up shop, I’ll probably drink almond milk before I go to Walmart milk.
