    If you were Given a free trip to anywhere in the Continental US Where would you go??

    If you were Given a free trip to anywhere in the Continental US Where would you go and why?
    I was Gifted a free trip and stay for 7 days for myself and my Wife.
    its a toss up between Maine,Portland,New England coast or Louisiana Coast?
    Ive always wanted to see The Upper east coast.

    If you decide on Maine, go to Bar Harbor. My wife and I went there a few years ago and have been wanting to go back. There’s a ton to do, an insane amount of restaurants but it’s extremely quiet at the same time. On your way thru, stop by LL Bean and hit the outlet shops too.

    I would do Glacier National Park, then go south to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. I would book 2 guided trout fishing excursions as well. Tough to beat the scenery plus some world class trout fishing.

    I would like to have a week of fishing. My first choice would be a nice cabin and dock on the Saint John's River. My second would be the same of the West Arm of Lake Nippison.

    If it is just for sight seeing and relaxing then Nova Scotia. So i guess it would habe to be Maine since you said USA.

    I would LOVE to do a (guided) float trip down the Colorado through the Grand Canyon. I don't know how realistic it is, but certainly something I yearn to do with my boys before I get too old.

    I've seen most of this beautiful country and would probably pick Bremerton Washington to visit my grandson who is stationed there in the navy. Wife and I made a 2 week long trip up the east coast from Virginia up through Maine and highly recommend it. In addition to the beautiful scenery, that area is rich in history and very interesting.

    Back to the Florida Keys for 7 days off offshore fishing. Not a huge fan of the Keys themselves, kinda run down and dirty, but the food is good and the fishing is fantastic.
