I had this problem right out of the box. It had to be returned. I received a new unit. Unsure if this helps you at all with your issue...

Yep. I was on the water for the very first time after install. Humminbird just sent me a new unit. Have no idea what was wrong, but I know it wasn't the transducer.
Actually, I take that back. The pictures I took on the water were washed out by the sunlight. That picture was taken in my garage. But looked the same. I wanted Humminbird to get a clear view of my issue.

BBW any pictures of yours not working? Are you sure DI and SI were enabled?
