I called Tackle Warehouse about a back order. Dialed the 800 number fully expecting to have to go through the whole press 1 for this and 2 for that thing. To my amazement a real live person answered the phone and it took two minutes to answer my question. I can't remember the last time an actual person answered a 1-800 number.
That is very unlikely nowadays. Great to know they understand service.

Called Bank of America the other day about my company card. It was "press 2 for English"!!!!! WTH!!!! Press 1 was I am assuming Spanish, as I do not speak Spanish that is what it sounded like to me.
