Yep, I use several types of braids; I use multiple types of fluorocarbon. But any time I am using a co-polymer, I use McCoys exclusively.

I vote yo zuri except when you get up to 20# it gets pretty stiff with a good bit of memory. Not a big deal if your flipping but it makes it hard if you need to cast.

Have always had good performance from Yozuri Hybrid.

Academy was out of the weight/color (12#/green) that I normally use, so I picked up a spool of equivalent P-Line Flouroclear and now have it on a pair of new reels.

...and if it ever quits freakin' raining around here, I fully intend to try it out.

I had a a bad experience with McCoys 12 lb breaking on hook sets but have heard so many good things about it. And it’s so limp and doesn’t coil up. Wanting to give it another chance.

    Yo-Zuri Hybrid.
Tough as nails, easy knots, great knot strength, you could pull a skier with it.

Agree! But having said that, I'm still going to try some of the new Sufix Advanced to compare with the Izorline.

Have used P-Line CX Premium and Yo-zuri Hybrid as well and they are pretty good, but prefer the Izorline over them.

Jeff I have not tried on spinning. It work ok on them?

I regularly use 6 & 8 pound Platinum on a Shimano Sahara with no problems. I've used 10 pound occasionally, but it is a little less manageable than the 6 & 8 pound test. The Izorline XXX Super Mono is slightly softer than the Platinum and is more manageable on a spinning reel. If you use a spinning reel a lot you might want to give it a try.

You have to watch how line manufacturers label their lines. Always look at the diameters. Some manufacturers will sell a certain pound test at a thicker diameter to make it seem like it is stronger--in fact, it is stronger, but it is stronger because it is mislabeled and may actually be higher test.

I took the four most mentioned lines in this thread.

McCoy 12 lb test = .013 inch diameter 15 lb test = .015 inch diameter
Yozuri 12 lb test = .013 inch diameter 15 lb test = .016 inch diameter
    P-Line 12 lb test = .014 inch diameter 15 lb test = .016 inch diameter
Izorline 12 lb test = .014 inch diameter 15 lb test = .016 inch diameter

My goal is to fish the thinnest line I can get away with so as to run my crankbaits deeper, get better action on my baits, and maybe have more of a stealth factor.

P-Line Floroclear. If fluorocarbon or braid is not a necessity I'm using Floroclear. Not quite as sensitive as the other two but definitely the best all-around line of the three in my opinion. I use everything from 4 lb to 25 lb.
