Ultrex/Minnkota quick release bracket MKA-23

Getting ready to install a new ultrex link 36 v / 60” shaft . Going on a Lund Fiberglas boat -186/GL. I was wondering if anyone has used this quick release bracket Minnkota MKA-23 ? or do most just mount it directly to the boat .

I don't think that this bracket is long enough for the 60'' shaft. There is one that is made for 52/60 inch motors

Thanks , for clearing that up . I just researched it you are correct I need the MKA-52/62 model . Guys at Cabela’s gave me wrong information. So has anyone ever used a quick release bracket to mount there Ultrex?

We have a terrova 60 on that same bracket I believe. It mounts firm, no vibration and easy to remove. I would recommend it if you are looking for a quick disconnect bracket.
