so some might know some might that Lea Blake our Moderator for the Champion Boats forum has been hit with some illness that has got her down somewhat.
for any that have ever talked to Lea she is one of the best that BBC has and would help anyone if she could.

with that said I want to put up an auction on an item that I got and all of the money raised will go to Lea.

I have a Brand new "Rod Building 101 DVD" from Mudhole.
for anyone wanting to try their hand at rod building this is a good place to start.

I will run the auction till Friday morning at 11:00 am. at that point the highest bidder I will contact to collect payment and I will ship the DVD to them as well as send the money to Lea.

its a small item but will be a huge help for one of our own.

How would you feel about directing these donations to the BBC emergency fund? Unless something else weird pops up, my most serious concern is that, after a brain "insult" one is not permitted to drive for 6 months!!!! Anybody wanna be a chauffeur?

If I lived closer I'd volunteer to be your chauffeur. You are one of my favorite members here, and have been since I found this place. 6 months will fly by, and you'll be back driving before you know it. Brain insult, going to have to tell mom that one, she will get a laugh at calling it that.
