    Pirogues

What about pirogues? Where's the love? Lol
Here's my fishing machine, it will get you back in spots that water has a hard time getting in. Anyone else own one? This is my 5th one through the years.

I've never had one ....but I have "Lusted in my Heart" (Playboy quote..Jimmie Carter, running for president in 1976 election) over a Pirogue.

However, I always wondered if they could possibly be as stable as a wide kayak...i.e. Wilderness RIDE 115
    What say you????

Man that thing looks slick. Show us more pic's of that set up and Yea, how stable are those? I have a couple of Ride 135's and a 115 tat are pretty solid on stability.

I'm 6'4" and 275lb. It's 11ft long and I have never even come close to swamping one. I had a 14ft on a trailer that I could stand and fish but not in this one. The bottom is concaved and ribbed which make it "stick" to the surface and helps with tracking. The bottom center is around 3ft wide so it's pretty stable.

Here's some pics of the setup.
I changed the seat out today, this one is more comfortable.
