Friday nights are usually takeout nights for us. I just don’t feel like cooking after a long week. Plus, I worked late. I picked up shrimp and tasso pasta from a local chain restaurant.

Rib eye steak, Cajun peel and eat shrimp, baked potato salad here. My lungs are still burning from boiling the shrimp, but the pain is worth it.

Shoveled 5 inches of snow off the walk and driveway. Came in and sat down to hot homemade chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes and iced tea no sugar. Too many carbs but i think i worked em down enough prior to eating. Prolly should have ate first and shoveled later.

I bought a 1/2lb+ of Shrimp in Indiana and ate 1/2 on the way Home and the last few when I got back home. We don't have any good tasting shrimp places by my house.. Too thick of breading and don't give you that Yum.

I have never had baked potato salad. Sounds good - I will have to try that.

While that does sound good, I left out the and between baked and potato.

Apparently baked potato salad is a thing though and it looks a lot better than a salad AND baked potato.

How do you prepare you venison burgers? Every time I try to make them they end up shrinking and dry. Do you add an egg in it to keep it from breaking up?

Mix ground pork with the ground venison. 50/50 mix. We make 5 ounce burgers.
