    swim bait heads.

    Is there a way to keep a jig head the shinny silver color they are when you first pour them. Thanks in advance.

    Yes... Buff them with a towel and clear coat with KBS diamond clear.... Sally Hansens "Hard as nails" clear may work for you in small volumes. You might even use a rattle can of lacquer clear... Tape off the hooks with blue painters tape.

    Clear coat with a resin, lacquer, or epoxy and it will keep the lead from oxidizing thus keeping it shiny......At least for awhile.
