    Carpet glue from Ranger

Has anyone used the carpet glue from Ranger? I’m installing a new pad and carpet on the three sections on the front deck of my Z21 I want to use the best stuff so the carpet doesn’t move. The dealer replaced the three sections and did such a terrible job the carpet crumpled up on both sides. Just wondering if that’s the best glue to use.
    Thanks

Weldwood Landau cement. Waterproof and heat resistant. It is what professional upholstery shops use on boat carpet and headliners.

I only use ranger glue is the best there is. But it’s not very forgiving like welwood. When you stick the carpet down with ranger glue be sure it’s in the correct place

I use a bottom load paint gun to spray it on. I think s cheep paint brush would work just fine. Put it on the boat then on the pad and then apply the pad. Then repeat on the top of the pad and then the carpet.

It’s the cement that Ranger use on new boats that’s all. Most guys here use welwood or birdsong, Henry’s here.

get a cheap spray gun from HF, you'll spend more money on cheap ship brushes than you will the gun.

Spray Gun, don't waste time with rollers and brushes. Just make sure you cover anything you don't want overspray to get on.
