How does one go about viewing/ordering a spinnerbait from ACT?

Just send Paul a message. They're not listed on the site, I think because he's limited with how many items can be listed by his eCommerce provider. His BBC username is paulpus.

    Opinion on both
    Smallmouth or Largemouth?

    GREAT:
    smallmouth: SOB mini me...If I am fishing for smallies...hands down a KILLER...lavender.
Largemouth: duo realis cambio...read the info. on Tacklewarehouse...I also have been playing with switching the Main blade out with Colorado, Indiana, Willow blades for different situations.

    Not good:
opinion of course...I stay away from most other brands for one thing or another or a few.
SK...never had good luck with them had better luck with others.
Booyah...cheap, have caught fish but they do not last long.
War Eagle...Blades are to big and they tend to fly off quite frequently. reeling in a single blade sucks.

ALOT of hate on Strike King. Is it just because of the smaller hooks that someone mentioned or other things too? I’m just curious because I mostly use Strike King and don’t want to be missing out.

I also have used them for years and think they are decent, however, I am not going to pay $6-8 for one just because KVD puts his name on it.

It could be the hook size....i just didnt get bit with the SK as much as the others and now that I think about it before trying the other brands I did have a trailer hook on all the SK's i had. Now I only put a trailer hook on occasionally. I mainly throw spinnerbaits for Smallies and they love the compact size of the mini me.

I guess since I started the parade I'll answer. I've had too many issues with Strike King spinnerbaits. Broken wires at the head, dull hooks, actually had a hook break, swivels lock up. I know spinnerbaits are more or less disposable at a certain point but SK has just, personally, been the worst for me. Just my experience.

I can't even remember the last spinnerbait that I bought, I've been assembling them myself for 20 yrs.

It’s weird but I keep 8-10 of each of my favorites with me. SK, Zman slingbladez, titanium terminators, a few sponsors on here, and while I do change blades around a lot the SK don’t bend or break nearly as much as some other brands.

Bulldog were my favorites until Bagley bought them. I don't think Bagley still makes them, which makes no sense at all. I've had nothing but good luck with War Eagles, but I'm PO'd that Pradco doesn't make the secret color anymore, since the buy-out. BPS spinners aren't bad, either, but I don't recall what they call them.

Not a fan of SK or Stanley spinnerbaits. I had a SK that would NOT run straight up/down no matter what tweeks I did...until I cut off the lower blade. Have/had a few other SK that never caught a fish. I invested heavily in a Stanley Vibra-Shaft and after about 15 minutes the wire broke at the loop at the top blade. Stress concentrations caused by the rough finish on the ground taper was my diagnosis. Bad idea, or bad execution, take your choice.
Don't bother me, I'm screwing for virginity.

I killed a 12-pack just to watch it die.

My favorite is the discontinued Glamour Shad. Still have a good stock of them to last me awhile.
