I have a Helix 7 G2N DI, when I insert the micro sd with the software update, nothing happens. I set the unit to factory defaults and inserted card, nothing happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you download the correct file for your specific unit?
I have the Helix 7 CHIRP SI GPS G3 on my desk and downloaded the file for the Helix 7 CHIRP SI GPS G2, but did not think about what unit I had close by. The G3 ignored the update file. After a few re-downloads of the file, I remembered I had the wrong unit. I got the G2 out and it loaded the software as it should.

Tried again, double checked that I downloaded the right update, still nothing.
Just read a post that said sdxc card won't work. Can anyone verify that. My card is a 64gb sdxc.
I think the largest card you can use is 32gb.
