    split screen with livescope

I am currently looking at getting a 1042 for my bow and was curious if you can split the screen to see livescope and mapping, or is it just either or? This will help me if i may need a second unit to show mapping.

It really depends on how much screen space you use for mapping. A split screen with a small strip on the left for 2d works pretty good. But you would probably need more space than that for mapping. So that would mean lowering the range on LVS to like 50 ft. My favorite is to run 70 or 80 ft. If you use mapping quite a bit, probably need a second unit.
My wife asks if I'm going to fish every day. I can't fish every day. Some days I might be sick.

I use those hot keys to switch screens. plus u can push dial in to make panoptix full screen. I run like a 5th of screen as map on a 12222 button most the time. but also run a 3 and a 4 split sometime..
