Adding 2nd bow graph for 360. Looking at Helix 10 or 12 for the 360. Any suggestions?

I am going to add 360 Imaging and was looking to add a 2nd graph for the 360. As a newer boater, I'm looking for feedback on if I should go with a Helix 10 or 12 as my 2nd bow graph? This 10 or 12 will be the graph running the 360 all the time. I'll run everything else on my other graph. I know going big is the best, but right now there's probably an $800-900 difference between the 10 and 12, and if I can get by with the 10, I'd rather save a little money, but at the same time if it's going to make that big of a difference I'd hate to go cheap now and be unhappy for the next couple of years with a smaller screen. I've had some people tell me that the 10 would be plenty big while others have said don't go smaller than the 12. Just looking for .02 from everyone as to what y'all would recommend.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I have used the 360 connected to a 1198c SI Combo, ONIX 10 SI NT, Helix 12 CHIRP SI GPS, Helix 12 CHIRP SI+ GPS G3N, Helix 10 CHIRP DI+ GPS G3N, and SOLIX 12 SI.
The 12" displays are the best for the 360.
You just need a CHIRP or Sonar for it, not a DI or SI model.

If I were to get the 12 SI, do you think the added cost would still be worth it, in order to get the bigger screen real estate?

    Thanks for the info.

I did the same. Wayne recommended the Helix 12 for 360. No regrets!!

I went with the HELIX 12 for the 360. It's mostly all I use it for, occasionally I'll split screen like 70/30 with sonar.

I have been very pleased with my Helix 12 screen size for 360.

Do you really get usuable 2d sonar when split with 360? It slows the 2d speed down so much I never use it.
