    Trolling motor shaft length

    2001 202 Blazer

Going to purchase a new trolling motor this weekend and was wondering if the standard 42" shaft will be good for the boat. No rough water fishing in my future and I am a big dude to boot (337lbs). I am thinking it will be, but just looking for some views.

    Thanks

    42" is fine on a 202.
