Can the GVC 20 run the livescope transducer(LVS32)? Or if you want the GT34UHD-TR and the LVS32 you need both boxes, the GVC 10 and the GVC 20?

You have the boxes mixed up a bit. No the GCV20 will not run the LVS32, but it has three network ports allowing for ethernet sharing in addition to having the plug for GT34UHD.
The GCV10 is the older box that works with older GT30. GLS10 is the box to run LVS32. The GLS10 is required to run LVS32 regardless of the MFD.
