Fried eggs...2 or 3? Runny or cooked?

I want 2 looking at me to go with a couple pieces of buttered toast to dunk in the yolks. And half a pound of bacon.....

Four runny on two pieces of wheat toast smothered in habanero hot sauce and black pepper. That or three cooked with green bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and cheese alongside four slices of bacon, just had that for dinner last night. Absolutely love eggs.

Any way. I eat 2 hard boiled every day at work, but I'll eat them fried, scrambled, poached, etc ...

Yup...that's a staple in my lunch too. I do give a squirt of spicy mustard on mine though.

One egg with a runny yolk for dipping. I steam the egg top using water and a lid. Keeps the top of the egg from being runny.

A couple times a week I add chopped spinach, a little red bell pepper, and scramble them. We have bacon and toast or biscuits once a week as a treat. Can’t eat it every day.
