I don't think you are far off on that setup. You have power poles, and that takes a few off the top. The Bravo is a great wheel, but they run a little slower than others. The Bravo has always had a higher slip for me. I'm running one now and its the only prop I have that is above 8% slip (10.5% @ 99.5). You are at 12%.

I assume with a 36V troller you are running a lot of fishing gear as well? Lots of gear, gas, and poles will pull the number down.

Is the boat stable at 78mph? In other words, can you string it out at that speed? Or is it rocking back and forth and that's the speed you dart up to and then get off the gas? If its stable and you are running it WOT for a distance your side to side balance is probably good.

What height is your motor at?

Do you know where neutral trim is? What is your trim at WOT speed relative to neutral trim?

If you want top end, I think you have the wrong prop. I have your same set up and run a worked 30 bravo I. It can run mid/upper 80’s, but it is really stable and no driver input needed in low 80’s. Both numbers are loaded to fish with a passenger.

Just doesn’t require me to make steering adjustments to keep it balanced on the pad and not walk. At 80 I keep the motor lower as well as stay off the trim.

    Define motor low?
    Define trimmed?

    Personally

My boat has a narrow window as far as motor height. And low is almost never the answer especially above 80.....neither is trimmed in.

The motor too low causes excessive lift, thst causes the boat to get to flighty in the low 80s with proper trim...

Without knowing your setback it’s dofficult to discuss motor height other that too low is as bad as too high

Pretty sure Lee wouldn't have sold him the boat with a torque master. It is a sporty and probably buried. Lee will get him squared up.

I didn't know which boat he had. Was thinking maybe he bought the one with the black bottom that has been for sale for a bit which I believe has a TM.
