At the recommendation of several BBC'ers who run a Yamaha, I buy all of my stuff from SIM Yamaha. Very reasonably priced (far cheaper than my local dealer) and great service.

Domo Oil in the 55 gallon drum. The upfront cost is the shocker but the overall savings per gallon normally can't be beat. Find a buddy or two that runs the same oil and share the cost.

Yes, great company, and usually the cheapest with on-line purchase. Yes, bulk and dealers may be cheaper, but Domo is convenient. I usually buy a 3 or 6 gallon package to save a few more bucks.

Cheap. If you're going to use cheap oil, keep an eye open for a cheap motor repair place. As much as an outboard costs I'd only use brand name oil.
