Hamburger Steak.
Stuffed burgers, regular burgers, tacos, spaghetti
Taco Pie
three pounds of browned ground meat, taco seasoning
two pie shells
refried beans
cheese
Layer it into pie shell - beans first, then meat then top with cheese
bake until cheese melted
top with your favorite taco toppings

Cook up some patties and smother then in hot cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Serve with some fresh sliced onion, celery and tomatoes.

What do you do for the taco rice?
Nothing special, taco meat on top of white rice with cheese/lettuce/tomato/sauce. My grandmother is Japanese so we make traditional sticky rice like my grandmother always made

Spaghetti squash is GREAT! I do this instead of regular pasta noodles now. If anyone hasn't had it, give it a try.
