I do use a little coffee cream in my eggs.

I use the Gordon Ramsey method when my wife requests them. Lots of butter and a lil sour cream. On heat, off heat, repeat several times. Constantly stirring. Really good and a lot of effort for scrambled eggs.

Does she swear like a drunken sailor while you're cooking them?

Also make sure your pan is hot to the point when you add your eggs it sizzles! Use a little butter in pan. Little trick add a little butter once you remove from heat. Amazing.
We use Irish butter Kerry gold. Once you taste that butter you won’t go back.

Well as simple as it may sound I was finally successful making light fluffy eggs. Tried the water trick along with a little butter and a hot skillet. I previously was trying to go with more of a long slow cook which I think was messing me up. So the hot skillet really seemed to help and made the cook way faster. Not sure how the water works within all of it but it did seem to help.

The only way I really like scrambled eggs is with cheese melted into them.

If you have a blender you have the secret. Add how ever many eggs you want and some milk as well. Then blend the hell out of them. You will see the eggs double in volume or more. Have the pan ready to go at med heat and "as soon" as you turn off the blender add the eggs to the pan. Move and stir them around constantly, you want them to start cooking immediately and not turn brown. As soon as they are no longer runny, they are done. They will be the fluffiest scrambled eggs you have ever had, trust me.

get a blender bottle (used for protein drinks) has this little wire ball in it. Shake well and ez clean and can save unused eggs for next day.. $6 to $8.

Do you want egg flavor,or watered down flavor?
Dont add anything. Heat up a pan to medium heat with a little butter. Lightly mix some eggs. Leave just a little wet in the eggs when you cook them and remove from heat. Easy Peasy.
The best way to screw up eggs IMO is to try to over do them with milk, water, cream, cheese, etc. Keep it simple and they will turn out great.

Milk or cream increases browning of scrambled eggs. A little water will fluff them.
