Any pool company should do the work. They actually put in relatively few new pools, and maintenance is the biggest percentage of their business.
There's a guy I used to work with that does it for a second income. I can try to get you a number if you want. He's from Lutcher/Gramercy area.

Guys, I'll take any help. Been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come look at it. Called every pool company listed, most say they don't work on above ground pools.
Did you try Patenot pools in Hammond, they gave me a contact 3 years ago.
