Can someone help me pick out some guides

wanting to give Rod building a try and planning on buying the beginners kit from Mudhole that has a blank and all of the tools.
would also like to order another blank. I have the reel seat and handles picked out but am confused on what guides to go with. can someone help me pick out a set of guides.
looking for a good set of casting guides

I'd just say get Fuji Alconites. KWAG7 or 8 for the stripper, then a KBAG6 and finish it out with KTAG5.5's for the runners (how many depends on how long the rod is). Throw a FAT6 tip on and you'll be all set.

Have you considered micro guides? I have switched to using all micro guides, but it's just my preference. That's the joy of making your own rods.

The recommended guides are top notch for sure. I will offer as an alternative trying what I use, the CRB elite guide set from mudhole. They have served me well, no guide ring have failed to date. I have found that on the static test there recommended spacing needs some tweaking have add a guide on rods that fall in between the two sets.
