    Question Yamaha water filter house routing?

    I have my water filter in my bilge.
    Currently the hose e enters from the tank is on starboard side of housing and the hose exits to the motor Is on the port side.
    My question is can the hose going to motor be on same side as starboard side?
    Or does it need to be as it is installed?
    Just trying to clean up my bilge.

    There's an arrow on top of each inlet/outlet of the black filter housing. The flow has to go in the direction of the arrow.

    I understand that and did see arrows.
    There is an arrow on same side as the on one on starboard side.

    ya, you're right...looks like the line going to engine could be moved to same side as inlet.

    Was Thinking that and would almost possible fuel restriction and get gas line away from battery.
