    Older X19 vs new

Anyone know if there is a width distance from older model boat to new. Thinking about upgrading to newer consoles, pulling carpet out and rhino everything and installing seadek. Sounds like a lot and I want to do it, just don’t know if I want and have the time to tackle this job. Been brain farting.

One issue is the gaps in the lids after you pull the carpet out. Theyre going to look huge but seadek is very nice

I thought about that also, probably would buy new lids. It’s sounds like a lot but cheaper than a new boat lol.

The newer X19's are 6" wider in rear and almost 10" in front of the console with a different hull as well. The newer boats have a rim welded around the top of the boxes to help keep water out, still not dry but better than the older ones. I have one of each if you have any more questions.
