Just hit the top of your molds with a heat gun right before you pour. A few seconds on high heat should get them plenty warm.

LET'S GO BLUES!!! WILL WE MAKE THE PLAYOFFS IN 2024?
I use talk powder to help with incomplete pours. I dust the mold with some powder and pour away.
I run two pots a 10# and 20# I use the #10 to pour as I have better control with the arm. But when I need more lead in the 10 I transfer from 20-10 but laying the mold on it's side and pouring a bar of lead. This is how I warm my molds as well.

store your molds in the house so they never get that cold?? that's where I would start.. I never pre-heat my molds.. (but it never gets that cold here either...)
2 words, Hot plate. I put my molds on it and warm my hooks on it as well for hard to pour molds. In between pours I also put the mold on the hot plate. I also pour some dummy jigs at the beginning to help.
I use a propane torch once the hook is inserted to warm the hook and mold.
