I grew up in Tell City, IN which was famous for Tell City Chair Company maple furniture. Shortly after John F Kennedy took office, a picture of Jackie Kennedy rocking baby John was in many national publications. The rocking chair she was in was a Tell City Chair Company hard rock maple rocker. Sadly, Tell City Chair Company which had been a family owned business closed in the 90’s after being sold to a holding company.

Born in Osborne, OH, which became Fairborne, I think. Wright-Patterson AFB is a major deal there, and why I was born there. I have lived in Renton, WA for 40 years. Renton is famous for being the Boeing Co. HQ for many years, but they got crazy and moved HQ to Chitcago. Absolutely crazy. But other than that, Renton is locally famous for having been a local mafia hotspot. Some massage parlors, one topless place, and a few bikini barista drive-ups is all we've got to show for it.
