Bleeding fluid on power pole pumps...

I just had both pumps rebuilt and now am going to install them. How is the best way to bleed any air out of the lines ? I don't want to make too big a mess in the bilge.
    Thanks...

Hook pumps up cycle poles down and hold down button for ten seconds cycle poles up hold up button 10 seconds . Repeat few times. Take to lake repeat in water deeper then poles will hold in so they fully extend , do it 4 or 5 times. should be fully bleed and ready to go to work.

Thanks, I had thought that I would have to leave one of the lines loose to bleed the air out. Sounds simple the way you say to do it. Thanks again...!
