Z 20 console chart plotter what size

I have a Lowrance HDS 9 in it. I want to put a HB Solix 10 there. I've heard that up to a 12 will fit. Is that correct?

Pretty sure a 12 will fit, especially with a Precision sonar bracket. I think the bracket puts the unit where it should be.

I want it flush mounted. I should have mentioned that to begin with.

I think only a helix 9 will fit.... I tried with my helix10 and I dont think it would fit so I put the 10 at the bow and a solix 12 at the console on a procise outdoors mount

Z20 and Z21 have the same consoles, a 12 will flush mount.

I couldn't do it, cutting that is. I really do not like flush mounts either.
