    Super Bowl Eats

    I usually do all snack/finger foods only. This year it is a combo. I am smokin a couple of racks of baby-backs. Bec made some queso, and is gonna cook some black iron asparagus. I will consider the baby backs as finger food. Hope they don't fall off the bone.

    Smoked a Boston butt and a small pork loin yesterday. Had the loin last night, saving the butt to eat today in lieu of actually watching a game I don't give a rats butt about. Wife is fixing broccoli and cheese and potato salad. No need for snacks. Not even gonna drink a beer. Boycott still in place.

    Got a rack of spares almost ready to come off the smoker. Baked beans & tater salad to go with them. Of course, refreshing adult beverage to wash it down.
