    Mercury 175EFI Fuel Pump Ground Issue

    I have a 175EFI that has had started to loose power from time to time, then will recover. Now we have lost ground to the fuel pump. Pump works with fire and ground from secondary source. From what I have read CDI provides ground for pump activating it when switch in on position. Anything this could be other than cdi? Do you recommend new replacement or a repair from someone like SIA? Thanks guys

    possible ecu driver bad, try v6 section one more down for your mtr
