On my prev Stroker I used 5/8 grade bolts and nuts. On my current Stroker I used 9/16 grade 8 bolts and nuts. I haven't experienced and stretch with either.

Ok, do happen to have length needed? Using same style channel that is in boat except stainless steel.

I think they are 4" bolts but it's been a long time since I measured them. Some one else should chime in that is more familiar with what they use like CB marine, Kurt, Wayne, Paul and I'm sure others. If I can find a stock bolt I will measure it.

For my particular setup, this is what I used. I strongly encourage you to measure your setup before buying / ordering. Too many variables for a 1 size fits all approach

    Motor and Jackplate bolts:
    Motor>static jackplate top = 3"
    Motor>static jackplate bottom =2.5"
    Top static>hydro jackplate = 2.5"
    Bottom static>hydro jackplate = 2"
    Transom>hydro jackplate = 4"
    1.5" flat washers =
    1.17" flat washers =
All bolts, nuts and washers Fastenal grade 9 ecoguard coating, torque = 130' pounds

Sure the length will be close, especially on plate to engine

When redrilling do your boat a favor remove the jackplate don't just try to redrill move it out of the way so you can get the holes right and use marine silicone to seal

Those are mighty big bolts, unless you're saying socket size instead of the bolt size. Just sayin'

With the amount of setback and HP that some run on these boats these sizes are spot on.
