I did this to fix my old cooler lid. It has held for several years now.

could just the cooler lid be changed out, keeping the original center seat back on, or will it hinder the lid from opening with the new style cooler lid?
Added the FX cooler lid to my 2012 ZX-20...still have to install the seat back.

AWESOME! Glad it worked on the older model Skeeter too. Skeeter is going to run out of these!
Looks great! After using mine for the past month, I would highly recommend installing one and getting rid of the cheap cooler lid assembly. There is no comparison.

I don't understand why Skeeter wouldn't let ZX owners buy FX stuff if they're willing to pay for it. Luckily I haven't had any issue with my cooler lid so far (2016 ZX225 with 39hrs).

I know this is an older post but can someone advise if the FX center step and back will work on a 2018 ZX225? I know it would work on a ZX250 but how about the 225?
I have a 2019 zx225 and it works nice up grade and it will also work for you.

Anyone have the dimensions for these? I have a 2008 ZX190, and would like to install something like this. Not sure if it will fit though.
Had mine installed last year by dealer, still holding up nicely. Definitely an improvement over the stock ZX lid!

Anyone have suggestions for making said cooler water proof. 2009 ZX225. I use the cooler between the seats as a glove box but when it rains it fill up with water. If i unscrew the plastic frame and put silicone under it and screw it back down. The glove box in front of passanger seat also fills with water. I use the cooler in the floor as a cooler so id like these 2 mentioned boxes water tight.

I have tried to order the parts that Chwebmaker has listed from my local Skeeter dealer. At first they wanted my boat hull I.D., and I told them it's not going to match(since I have a 2008 ZX190). Now Skeeter is wanting the parent number and variant for the seat.
Does anybody know what these are? I have never heard of the parent number and variant.
