I cook my wings in an air fryer and am curious if you all cook them from frozen or thawed. I have been cooking them from thawed so far and they do turn out good but I'm wondering if I can get them crispier if I cook them from frozen.
Thoughts ?

I have always cooked mine from thawed...I think its all in the breading for crispness...
Thawed and use a little baking powder got that tip here and it really works.

Are you using the baking powder in with the coating mix?

Frozen, no breading. "Thaw" for 5 minutes in the air fryer, open up, drain the juice from the bottom pan, coat them liberally with the dry seasoning rub of your choice, then cook as normal. Sauce them up when they are finished. To me, every bit as good as thawed and much easier.
Oh, and final 5 minutes of cooking, I crank temp up to 100%, crisps them up nicely ...
