Thought about repainting the frames which has several layers of paint, need heat gun to make it easy to strip it.
What is your recommendation ?
Not only that - could heat up the jigs and dip it in power coat.

I have the Wagner model, 2 heat settings, the key to longevity is when you are not using it place it on a flat surface with the heat nozzle pointing up.

I have a porter cable, its fully adjustable and has high/low settings. Im a contractor, had it a few yrs and my guys still haven't busted it, guess that says something, lol
Have a couple of GemLines with 100s of hours on them. 500 watt with a strong fan that will out do the others I have tried. Not sure if they still make them. OR Couldnt use this one in the hospitals. If one of my men would forget to cover any smoke alarms the heat would build up against the ceiling and set the alarm off. Yeah 2x and security was not happy. . https://www.lowes.com/pd/Metabo-2-Stage-Variable-Temp-Heat-Gun/50208777
For the jigs I would suggest just an alcohol lamp. Save the electric bill and just as fast. Only takes a couple of seconds on each side of the jig.
