99 285PE LSS2 ideal mounting location

Fellow Stratos Folks

Has anyone perfected the location of LSS transducer and normal 2d transducer on this boat, or late 90s models? My current setup can be seen in the below link. My images on Structure scam are ok but need to be more crisp and clean.

I have a 6” jack plate, some have said try relocating LSS2 to the transom ,lower right of jack plate.

Just wanted to see if anyone has had great results with their boats and these transducer locations.

I went ahead and put my LSS2 to the lower right of my transducer, even added a little bracket for stability. With that said, I would like any feedback where the 2D could be mounted now that the SS is in place. One of the photos in the below link shows me holding it between the livewell drains as a possibility.

Really just wanting to make make sure I understand where not to mount it as I don’t want to interfere with the LSS2 transducer.

Epoxy the 2D in the bilge. No reason to add it to the transom.
