I have a 1999 EFI 150 HP and thinking about going to a 1999 200hp Opitmax. My boat is rated for a 200 hp.
What are your thoughts on both of them? Which one is better? Would you do it or stay with the 150 hp?

200 gona be a 3.0l added weight but more power and possibly more problems than the tried and true 2.5 L 150 first thig you will need to do is replace steel reed on 200 if not already done, base gaskets,carbon in tuner,thermostats,oil leak,etc,,,,,,,,, check in other sections on those engines for more info, hope this helped ya JOE
