setting sonar freq on helix 10

Watched a video with Zona and he showed the settings for watching fish on the screen. He stated hit menu twice and select med /high freq. I hit menu twice and got a reading that stated 2d display freq 83\200. The next selection below was Imaging display freq and those options were 455 or 800 but no where did I see an option to choose what he stated which was med\high frequency. I got the helix 10 si/di. I did exactly what he said and didnt see any option of med /high freq.

If you have the first generation Helix 10 SI/DI, it does not have CHIRP. Med and High are CHIRP.
If you had Med and High you would also have the 1200 kHz Imaging (MEGA).
