I ordered a Phoenix in June of 18 had the boat by end of August with the new motor, think it’s luck of the draw
buying a new boat is a lot different than a loose motor.

Took 6 months - June 2018 to December on 300's.
Multiple discussions on this topic already- demand has far outpaced production and there is, thus, a considerable lead time on engines.
Each case may be different- so speak with your selling dealer or manufacturer for information that's pertinent to your order.

I hope 150 pro xs’s are available my Ranger suppose to be completed 2/12/19 per the order.
I ordered a Lund 1875 proV with a Merc 200 pro xs on 1/8/19. Talked to dealer today and the boat was going to start building next week. He hasn't received any delays yet. He was going follow up next week with Lund. He did say he's heard on ordering just a Merc pro xs can be a while depending on what size of motor.
I think Ranger has pretty high priority on new engines. I custom ordered my Ranger with a 150 Pro XS on 8/28 and it was delivered 11/5. My dealer moves a lot of boats too so that might help as well.Originally Posted by BR374

In talking with person involved with Mercury, they are having issues getting the parts to make....the engines....but so is...Yamaha.
A long long time, some of the tour pro's couldn't even get them for the start of the season, crazy.
My understanding is that the 150's will be a little easier to get (compared to the V6/V8 models).

I have a 10th week coming up. RT198P 150 pro.
Just went into stage 7 yesterday. I have no idea how long it will be 7. My order showed finish date 2/12.
so I still have more stages to cross.
Check Central GA Marine, I called them 3 weeks ago, they had 5, 250's in the warehouse,when I left their facility they still had 4....love my new motor
They’re sold out. I called them yesterday.
Got the call today!, my 225 v8 came in!!!
Will see about getting it installed next week!
